What
kind of trees are available?
Right now I have 3 different kinds of trees:
Pine Trees - Foreground (with trunks) and Background (no
trunks)
Aspen Trees - Also considered Birch trees
Oak Trees
What
are the available sizes?
Pine trees range in size from 2" to 14" tall on the background trees -
no trunks
Foreground trees range in size from 2" to 20" tall on the trees with
trunks
Aspen trees range in size from 4" up to 10" tall
Oak trees range in size from 4" up to 7" tall
Do
the trees come in different colors?
Pine trees come in 2 different colors - Light Green and Dark Green
Aspen trees come in 2 different colors - Aspen Gold for the fall and Aspen Green
for the summer
Do
you accept special orders?
Yes, anything that is within reason is acceptable.
How
long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are usually shipped within a week depending on size. Larger orders
usually take 2-4 weeks.
Do
you send samples of your trees?
Yes, for a $5 shipping and handling fee I send a sample of our 6"
Foreground Pine Tree. I have sent other trees upon request. If a
taller tree is requested the $5 fee is increased.
What
colors does the foliage come in?
The foliage comes in 6 different colors
Aspen Gold
Aspen Green
Fall Yellow
Fall Orange
Fall Red
Ivy Green
2 new colors will be added soon!
What
methods of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
I am trying to get away from check with the new shipping policy, but for now we
will accept checks/money orders

do you ship your orders?
UPS and USPS
What
is your return policy?
The policy is if you are not happy return it for a refund or exchange.
How
do I add items to the shopping cart?
All items will have a button beside them labeled 'add'. When you click on the
add button, you will see the description and price of the item(s) appear in the
shopping cart window to the left of the screen. You may add up to 20 separate
items to the shopping cart. If there are more items in the cart than it can
display, a scroll bar will appear in the window allowing you to review all items
in the cart. You may view a more detailed shopping cart by clicking on the
'Place Order' link to the left of the screen. This screen will display the item
#, SKU, Description, Quantity and Price. If you wish to add more items to your
shopping cart after viewing the 'Place Order' screen, you may do so by simply
returning to the page that lists the item(s) you would like to add. You may
enter and exit the 'Place Order' screen as many times as you wish.
How
do I remove items from the shopping cart?
Below the large shopping cart window in the 'Place Order' screen there are two
buttons labeled 'Remove' and 'Remove All'. Highlight the item you wish to remove
and click the 'Remove' button. To clear all items, simply press the 'Remove All'
button. You may go back and add more items to the shopping cart as often as you
wish.
How
do I place my order now that I am done shopping?
When you have completed shopping, click on the 'Place Order' button and make
sure that everything is correct. Please be aware that shipping, handling, and
applicable sales tax for Utah residents is not added until the billing and
shipping information is completed. (The cart has no idea where you live or what
delivery options you will choose until you enter them.) When you are ready to
complete your order, click on the 'Click here to complete your order' link. You
will be presented with a screen asking for your name, address, etc. Please fill
out this information as completely as possible. We have a hard time shipping or
delivering items without a zip code, etc., and we can't verify orders without a
telephone number. When all fields have been entered, click on the 'Send Order'
button, and wait for a confirmation that your order has been placed. You will
also receive an e-mail within a few seconds (you must enter an e-mail address on
the billing screen). The e-mail message lists all details of the order, and is
the perfect size to print out for you records. Please keep in mind that this is
not an invoice. You will recieve your final invoice with your shipment/delivery.
